Our new edition of L’Amant Anonyme, the only surviving opera by Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges is now available!
Our edition is complete with parts, a piano-vocal score, and a full score in urtext style with annotations. Parts are available through rental. Engravers and editors: George N. Our edition of L’Amant Anonyme has received performances by organizations including LA Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Minnesota Opera, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Our full score of the instrumental music from L’Amant Anonyme is 8.5 x 11 inches and printed on 60 lb weight cream colored paper. It is spiral bound and 78 pages long. This collection includes the Ouverture, (the three movement work also known as the Symphony in D Op. 11 no. 2), the set of dances from Act I, the set of dances from Act II, a short Danse and the Contredance Générale. We have added extensive annotations discussing the issues arising from the manuscript and placed all editorial suggestions in slurs or brackets.
